Your wedding is a once in a lifetime dream. It can take up 250 hours to plan a wedding. Not to mention experience and keen attention to detail, if you want it to be stress-free and successful. Life is busy and for many people, it is challenging to find that extra time to get such an important day right. At Evenio, we work hard to make sure all bases are covered. We proactively prepare for unexpected outcomes and swiftly resolve any issues that come up along the way. Our goal is to ensure that the many months it takes to plan your wedding are relaxed and enjoyable.
  1. Educated stylists and planners: when you choose Evenio, you get a qualified planner who regularly attends most of the major wedding forums and summits in Australia, Europe and the US. We keep up to date on the latest trends, developments and new products available in the market so that you don’t have to spend hours researching how to find all the elements of your wedding.
  2. Access to trusted suppliers: rather than trying to source all your suppliers on your own, we have a network of professionals that are well-trusted to create the stunning wedding of your dreams.
  3. Attention to detail: you can rest assured that our planning process will ensure every area of your wedding is well-planned to the most intricate detail.
  4. A service that actually cares: making sure your day is as special as you imagined it to be is our priority. We come from a place where excuses are lame and promises are kept.

As wedding planners, we provide a full service guiding you through the wedding process with ease. We not only recommend and source suppliers that you’ll love but liaise with them the whole way through. We manage your wedding budget and create your wedding mood boards, floor plans, setups, etc. We guide you on flowers, linens, props, and so much more. Check our full list of services here.

Wedding coordinators generally help with partial planning and/or logistics on the actual wedding day. Some couples prefer to plan their own wedding and just hire coordinators to step in for extra support on the day.

Weddings usually take 150 to 250 hours to plan and wedding season is a pretty busy time, especially on weekends. Ideally, you’d want to engage a planner a year to a year and half before your chosen wedding date and no less than 6 months prior.

Pack down (Bump Out) is offered as an add-on and priced on application. We highly recommend our couples opt into this service as it is not the venue’s responsibility to do so and vendors require their hire pieces to be packed up and set aside, properly labeled, at the time of pick up. And trust us when we say, however manageable it may seem in theory, bump out is a tedious task that many couples regret not delegating.

Absolutely not. As the lead planner and stylist, I have my hand in every wedding we plan and we dedicate our full attention to each one, always prioritising quality over quantity. Besides, sometimes our clients engage us to also plan their pre and/or post-wedding events, which generally happen a day or two before or after the wedding.

Diversity and inclusion are part of our ethos and we support our LGBTQ community.

We have a limited amount of pieces for hire, but whatever we don’t stock, we can certainly source from any of our trusted partners.

Yes, we are Covid 19 compliant and will provide guidelines for vendors and guests as necessary.

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen and thus, we have clauses in our Terms and Conditions which address refunds and/or cancellation fees.

Travel FAQs

We surely do. If you’re planning an interstate or international wedding, we are well equipped with a wide range of global industry connections that will deliver the wedding you envision whether in Australia or abroad. Besides English, we are fluent in Spanish and have a good understanding of Italian and French, so you can rely on us to communicate with your overseas suppliers.
Due to scheduling and personal circumstances, I book my own flights and accommodation, unless a block of rooms have been set aside and are available at the venue property.
I send out an invoice with detailed information and pricing for all travel fees. Once the invoice is paid, I proceed with booking the travel.
