On-The-Day Coordination

This service is for you if you’re thinking of, or have planned your wedding, but need an expert to take over on the day.

We start the coordination process a month before your wedding and two weeks prior to the day we take over all liaisons with your suppliers on your behalf so you won’t have to worry about last-minute logistics or troubleshooting if something doesn’t go to plan. As a perfectionist at heart, you can rest assured nothing will be overlooked.


Full-scale management and coordination of your wedding day. Includes up to eight hours on site to set up decor and coordinate the day.


Distributed to the venue and all vendors involved.


If required, with bridal party and officiant.


Signage, candles, table numbers, menus, place cards, escort cards, bonbonniere, toasting glasses, cake, serving set, wishing well, guest book, etc.


Ensuring the bridal party, family and guests are looked after and where they need to be, as well as assistance with the bridal procession.


Assisting with reception formalities.


Bump out involves collecting and disassembling all personal and vendor items at the end of your big day, assuring nothing is misplaced and all hired components are safely collected by their rightful owners, on time. Please note an additional fee may apply depending on the wedding scope and the estimated hours it will take to pack it all up at the end of the night.

Step 1 – Schedule a consultation and tell me about your wedding vision; I’ll create a proposal for your specific needs.

Step 2 – I’ll get to work liaising with your wedding vendors and creating your detailed timeline covering every moment of your wedding day. I’ll work behind the scenes making every detail fall perfectly into place, keeping you updated along the way with regular email check-ins and calls when needed to respect your busy lifestyle.

Step 3 – Arrive on your wedding day relaxed and ready to enjoy your dream day knowing that every detail has been taken care of so you can be fully present with the people you love.

A personalised proposal will then be sent to you outlining the service and pricing.

Then a contract with a request for a deposit will be sent. Contract will need to be signed and 25% deposit paid to secure your date.
