Our full wedding planning package is for you if you’re time-poor or simply want to hire a wedding planner and designer to coordinate all the nitty gritty, never-ending tasks involved with planning, designing and styling a wedding.

As your luxury wedding planner and stylist, we’ll work together with you to create a design concept for the aesthetics of your dream wedding day. We will secure all required suppliers – aligning with your style and budget – to carry out your vision to perfection. And we will take all of the stress away to make sure you not only enjoy the bliss of your special day, but the lead-up to it as well.

A custom design concept which showcases the visual aesthetics of your event. The style guide details colour schemes and the decor vision.

Sourcing design components and liaising with creative vendors whose work is in line with your concept. This includes (not limited to) florals, linens, candles, tabletop elements, signage, props, furniture, lighting, bonbonniere.

We work with your chosen florist and designers to create a digital sample of the conceptualised look, displaying the colours, textures, designs and containers.

Displaying on-the-day floor plan, allowing you to start visualising and feeling the day’s touch points.

Bump in involves setting up all the design elements for your event, i.e. signage, candles, tablescapes.

Bump out involves collecting and disassembling all personal and vendor items at the end of your big day, ensuring nothing is misplaced and all hired components are safely collected by their rightful owners, on time. Please note an additional fee may apply depending on the wedding scope and the estimated hours it will take to pack it all up at the end of the night.

A comprehensive meeting to discuss all the finer details.

Scheduling and attending up to three potential venue visits and walk throughs. Once your venue is selected, you have up to two meetings at your chosen venue.

Including caterer, photographer, videographer, hair and makeup, officiant, florist, entertainment, AV, lighting, transport, furniture, tableware, and other decor hire, stationer/ calligrapher, signage, cake maker, you name it!

Communication management including venue requirements, meeting facilitation and attendance as necessary, reviewing quotes, bookings, on-the-day management to ensure design concepts and arrangements are successfully executed.

Timely catch ups online as well as unlimited communication through email, SMS and WhatsApp.

With tracking of due dates.

If required. Additional fees apply.

Confirming logistics with all vendors and producing a timeline which includes contact sheet, styling boards and floor plan. We distribute these to the venue and all vendors involved.

If required, with bridal party and officiant.

Full-scale management and coordination of your wedding day. Includes up to eight hours onsite (more if necessary) to coordinate your ceremony, make sure your bridal party and guests are well looked after, and assist with reception formalities so you can relax and enjoy.

We realise that planning a wedding is a new experience for our couples and their families, so we want to ensure you feel well-supported and informed throughout the process.

Step 1 – Schedule a consultation and tell me about your wedding vision; I’ll create a proposal for your specific needs

Step 2 – I’ll get to work on your customised wedding look book, budget and source the perfect vendors for your wedding.

Step 3 – I’ll create your detailed timeline for every moment leading up to (and including) your wedding day. I’ll work behind the scenes making every detail fall perfectly into place, keeping you updated along the way with regular email check-ins and calls when needed to respect your busy lifestyle. I also offer regular planning sessions (in person or via Zoom) and unlimited communication via email, text or phone.  

Step 4 – Arrive on your wedding day and delight in the effortlessly elegant design that’s been created especially for the two of you. Relax and enjoy your dream day knowing that every detail has been taken care of so you can be fully present with the people you love.

I can take the reins and manage all of your vendor payments or I can request quotes and invoices be sent directly to you for payment.

As your wedding coordinator I need to be across all aspects of your wedding. This means liaising with all of your suppliers regardless of whether you booked them directly or not. This is part of our wedding design, styling & planning fee.

Yes, absolutely. This package includes up to eight hours onsite but additional hours can be arranged as an add-on.

A personalised proposal will then be sent to you outlining the service and pricing.

Then a contract with a request for a deposit will be sent. Contract will need to be signed and 25% deposit paid to secure your date.
