Our destination service is inclusive of all our wedding packages combined – Design, Styling, Planning and On-The-Day Coordination.
Pricing is dependent on location, planning lead time, guest count and the overall scope of your wedding.

We realise that planning a wedding is a new experience for many of our couples and their families, so we want to ensure you feel well supported and informed throughout the process.
Furthermore, planning a wedding overseas takes twice as long and twice as much work as planning a wedding locally. I will take stress out of the equation by eliminating the hassle of dealing with time differences, the inevitable back and forth, sometimes aggravated by a language barrier, and having to endure hold ups and delays that plague the planning process. You can leave the early mornings, late nights and missed lunch breaks to me.
Step 1 – Schedule a consultation and tell me about your wedding vision; I’ll create a proposal for your specific needs.
Step 2 – I’ll get to work on the concept design of your wedding creating a look book that not only speaks to you and your partner, but also encompasses all of the elements you envisioned for the big day.
Step 3 – I’ll start sourcing the perfect vendors for your wedding and creating your detailed timeline for every moment leading up to (and including) your wedding day. I’ll work behind the scenes making every detail fall perfectly into place, keeping you updated along the way with regular email check-ins and calls when needed to respect your busy lifestyle. I also offer regular planning sessions via Zoom and unlimited communication via email, text or phone.
Step 4 – Arrive on your wedding day and delight in the effortlessly elegant design that’s been created especially for the two of you. Relax and enjoy your dream day knowing that every detail has been taken care of so you can be fully present with the people you love.
As your wedding planner I need to be across all aspects of your wedding plus liaise with all of your vendors regardless of whether you booked them directly or not. This is part of our Destination Wedding Planning fee.
For destination weddings, we find it works best and it is more cost effective to leave the pack down to each individual vendor. We will certainly oversee the process and make sure every hired item is safely collected by its rightful owner. We will also ensure that your personal items are collected and safely delivered to you either at the end of the night or the morning after.
Yes absolutely. Just let us know what you need and we’ll arrange accordingly.
In order for us to make sure we deliver a seamless event, our preference is to be on location two days prior to the wedding, not counting set-up day(s). We will schedule our departure right after the wedding and the breakdown are completed.
This will depend on the size and scope of your wedding as well as the location. If needed, I will always try to engage a partner who is either local to the area or based closer in distance before flying someone from Melbourne.
Due to scheduling and personal circumstances, I book my own flights and accommodation, unless a block of rooms have been set aside and are available at the venue property.
Because of strict travel regulations and limits on weight allowance, we refrain from carrying any items that do not belong to us. All purchased or hired products would have to be shipped to the location in advance, which I am happy to arrange for you.
Our planning fee is exclusive of travel, accommodation and expenses.
I send out an invoice with detailed information and pricing for all travel fees. Once the invoice is paid, I proceed with booking the travel.

A personalised proposal will then be sent to you outlining the service and pricing.
Then a contract with a request for a deposit will be sent. Contract will need to be signed and 25% deposit paid to secure your date.
