Our wedding design & wedding styling package is for you if you have a clear vision of what your day should look like, but don’t really know how to achieve that perfect backdrop that will leave everyone in awe.
Or if you have gone down the Pinterest rabbit hole in search of inspiration and moved away from the screen feeling overwhelmed and confused because you can’t narrow down a style or cohesively bring about different ideas. We successfully pair what you want and what you need in stylish harmony.
Wedding Design & Styling Inclusions
COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING MEETING
To discuss the finer details in person or online.
STYLE GUIDE
A custom design concept which showcases the visual aesthetics of your ceremony and reception. The style guide details colour schemes and the decor vision.
DESIGN & VENDOR SOURCING
Sourcing styling components and liaising with creative wedding decorators whose work is in line with your wedding concept. This includes (not limited to) marquee, florals, linens, candles, tabletop elements, signage, props, furniture, lighting, bonbonniere, ceremony elements.
FLORALS & STATIONERY DESIGN
We work with your chosen florist and designers to create a digital sample of the conceptualised look, displaying the colours, textures, designs and containers.
FLOOR PLAN DESIGN
Displaying on-the-day floor plan, allowing you to start visualising and feeling the day’s touch points.
LOGISTICS & TIMELINE
Confirming logistics with all vendors and producing a timeline which includes contact sheet, styling boards and floor plan. We distribute these to the venue and all vendors involved.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Communication management, meeting facilitation and attendance (as required), review of quotes, bookings, management of venue requirements, on-the-day management to ensure design concepts are being executed.
SITE VISIT
One site visit prior to the month of the wedding. This can be done on the same day as your rehearsal and/or drop-off appointment.
SET UP
Bump in involves setting up all the design elements at your ceremony and reception. Styling areas could include signage, candles, tablescapes, guest books and bonbonniere for up to five hours with additional hours as an option.

How will you work with us?
We realise that planning a wedding is a new experience for our couples and their families, so as wedding stylists we want to ensure you are well-supported and informed throughout the process.
Step 1 – Schedule a consultation and tell me about your wedding vision; I’ll create a proposal for your specific needs.
Step 2 – I’ll create a look book to illustrate your wedding vision and will get to work sourcing the perfect decor vendors for your wedding. I’ll work behind the scenes making every detail fall perfectly into place, keeping you updated along the way with regular email check-ins and calls when needed to respect your busy lifestyle.
Step 3 – Arrive on your wedding day and delight in the effortlessly elegant design that’s been created especially for the two of you. Relax and enjoy your dream day knowing that every detail has been taken care of, so you can be fully present with the people you love.
How do we share ideas about the style and look we'd like?
Pinterest or any other type of inspirational images you can provide are great ways to communicate your vision, so I can get started on designing the concept for your big day.
How will payments be made to vendors?
I can take the reins and handle all your vendor payments. Or I could also request that all quotes and invoices are forwarded directly to you for payment.
Does this package include pack down?
I offer pack-down services as an add-on depending on your needs.
Do you have props for hire?
I have a limited number of wedding decorator props for hire but can source whatever you require from my trusted partners.
Can we get a discounted package as we’ve already booked some of our vendors?
As your wedding stylist, I need to be across all the decor aspects of your wedding and that includes liaising with your decor vendors regardless of whether you booked them directly or not. This is part of our wedding design & styling fee.
How do I book in the Wedding Design & Styling service?
Let’s chat more about your day during my complimentary one-hour consultation.
A personalised proposal will then be sent to you outlining the service and pricing. Then a contract with a request for a deposit will be sent. Contract will need to be signed and 25% deposit paid to secure your date.
